The Marq Southlake Grand Opening Soon

The Marq Southlake is a City funded recreational center offering a wide range of activities and amenities for everyone in the family.  It is being constructed in two phases.  Phase one is a 23,000 sqft facility containing an events hall, multipurpose meeting space, a club lounge, catering kitchen, senior center, studio, and an outdoor amphitheater.  It has already been completed.

The Marq Southlake Phase II

Phase two is 82,000 sqft and includes some first class amenities.  Most noteworthy are spaces for fitness, indoor/outdoor turf fields, gymnasium, jog/walk track, indoor aquatics, indoor playground, party rooms, child watch and multipurpose classrooms for programs.  As you can see there is much anticipation for the second phase to be completed.  According to the City’s website, Phase II which is also called the Champions Club is set to open later 2018.

Location

The Marq will be located close to the heart of Southlake’s Town Square in Bicentennial Park.  Near the intersection of Southlake Boulevard and Shady Oaks Drive.  Feel free to stop by and check out Phase one.  Upon completion of the entire facility, it will be a great place for the community to come together while enjoying some exceptional amenities.
